Recommended for foreigners! The room is so nice and clean. So comfortable! Very close to the metro around 200m (People park's station) and you can cross the road to KuanZhai. The owner also recommended us a lot of place to go. But the wall is a little bit thin, you can hear the sounds from the room next to you ( Mine was around 3 AM hearing the room next to me cheering ball).

Great and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well. The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26. There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess) The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced. Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

The building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Was a little hard to find but the Room was great with an amazing view

The price/performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chengdu. It is close to Kuanzhai Alley and People's Park, and it is very convenient for travel. There is also a one-day tour center next to it.

The room is big, the bed is big, the kids like it very much, there is a projector, you can watch TV, and there is a washing machine for washing clothes. I slept relatively peacefully and comfortably in this hotel during these days of travel. The boss was patient and answered any questions. He introduced several good restaurants and snack streets.

Compared with hotels or apartments of the same price, it is definitely very cost-effective☺️☺️☺️ The boss is also very enthusiastic and carefully solved our room problems and recommended us nearby attractions and food. The floor is very high and the night view is beautiful at night. It was a pleasant travel experience

The boss is a warm and beautiful lady. She upgraded us to two large beds for free. The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from Kuanzhai Alley. There is a bus stop downstairs and the subway station is also very close, with convenient transportation. The room is warm, tidy and clean, with a light fragrance. The washing machine, laundry detergent and hangers are all prepared. The air conditioner is powerful. There is mosquito coil liquid but it is useless without mosquitoes. The room is quiet and not noisy. I slept until I woke up naturally. It was a particularly good stay experience. I will come again next time if I need it!

The room is clean, spacious and bright. The most important thing is that the lady at the front desk is beautiful and enthusiastic and the price is affordable. It is close to Kuanzhai Alley. I booked this hotel as my first stop in Chengdu. The price/performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it.

The location is super good, Kuanzhai Alley and People's Park are within walking distance, especially convenient for morning tea at People's Park, you can avoid the crowded Heming Tea House. The boss is very enthusiastic, meticulous and thoughtful when checking in, timely help during the stay, and also introduced the surrounding food. My family is very satisfied with the choice of this trip.

This time I traveled with my parents. The two beauties were very enthusiastic and the service was very thoughtful. They solved our needs in time. The room felt like home and the elderly were satisfied. It is opposite to Kuanzhai Alley, there is a bus stop at the door, and it is a few minutes walk from the subway station. It is very convenient. The room is clean, especially the bed is very clean and comfortable. I can have a good sleep. Yesterday the landlord even upgraded my room. This is the center of Chengdu, with convenient transportation, food, drink and entertainment, People's Park, Kuanzhai Alley
