離華西附二院步行十多分鐘的距離，很近，樓下就是商圈吃的喝的啥都有，小區乾淨整潔，房間也是，樓層很棒，第二天也要住結果沒房了，於是找了另一家本小區的，結果房間衞生設施都不如這家。

設施：開業時間不長設施很新
衞生：房間衞生乾淨整齊，尤其是上下兩層打掃的都很乾凈
環境：小區對面就是華熙528吃的很多，樓下商超，吃飯也都非常方便
服務：老闆人非常Nice，忘記拿東西了還幫忙收好。
非常值得推薦的，下次出差還會選擇這裏

非常滿意！下次來成都還會考慮這裏！帶娃非常適合。停車很方便，免費。華潤品質的小區，裏面還有小朋友喜歡的滑滑梯。出去就是一個商圈。
如果浴巾帕子之類更換成一次性就更完美。
