The whole experience was so great! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, check in took a full 5 min. We booked the family room with 2 rooms and 2 double beds which was very spacious. Everything was wheelchair friendly. The hotel is situated in q great place if you have activities planned in the south or central Chengdu.

The location of the hotel is good, on the corner of a main road, easy to get in and out, and not far from the highway exit. The underground parking garage is on the Chenghan South Road side of the building. The parking garage is shared with the community. The area belonging to the hotel is very small and can only park three or four cars. Other formal parking spaces are basically private parking spaces. Although there is an open space in front of the building, vehicles are not allowed to park and are blocked by stone pillars. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, which makes life very convenient. Needless to say, the hotel's facilities and services are all very good.

It has been a great trip! Book this hotel because close to my friend place , straight 3nights stay which is a bit worry as non smoker I had bad luck with room most time in China. But stuff are really kind and helpful ,so we extended one more night. Room still a bit spacious but really clean and comfortable!

Not bad, booked two rooms, stayed for a few days, and was quite satisfied. However, the air conditioner in my room suddenly worked until the last day I left... But it wasn't very hot, forget it. The hotel is not far from Jiaozi Park, with various restaurants and services nearby. The room has good sound insulation, sanitation and facilities are also OK, the elevator requires a card (high security), and a four-star price-performance ratio. The breakfast is a bit average, not too many choices, and the key is that when I went to eat at 8 o'clock, there were already ”leftovers”, cold and several dishes were basically gone. The staff only cleaned up the table, and no one wanted to replenish the dishes.

The hotel I booked when I was doing business nearby is very close to the subway entrance. The nearby roads are wide, and it is very convenient to take a taxi, drive or public transportation. The hotel room is clean and spacious, and disposable face washcloths and disinfectant wipes are provided, so I feel at ease staying there. The rooms are all equipped with smart devices, which are easy and quick to operate. The receptionist at the front desk was enthusiastic and helped to print documents. The attitude was also super good. I really didn't want to go out just to print things on a cold night. The experience was upup hahahaha, and I would stay here again if I had the chance~

I went to Room 2110 and quickly completed the check-in procedures, got the room card and came to the room. The terrace is a floor-to-ceiling window and you can see a very bustling night view. Washing machine, microwave oven, hair dryer, shampoo, foam bath lotion, etc. are all available. Health is also very good. I stayed for 14 days and felt very good. I will introduce my colleagues to stay in the future.
