The location is super and the service is excellent. My two girls and I had a wonderful stay at Niccolo ChengDu for 3 nights. The staff is really very helpful and warm, we will definitely come to stay again.

It's really a nice apartment, very comfortable, and in a good location. You can see the night view of Taikoo Li at night. The service is also very good. The housekeeper can extend the check-out to 14:00 for free. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will choose this apartment.

The landlord was polite. We didn’t know where the parking lot was. The landlord immediately came down to pick us up. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the scenery was beautiful, and there was a projection screen. Let’s watch TV together at night.

Very good location , you can go anywhere that you want cause the hotel is opposite the metro (Inside IFS Building) Chunxi Road. The smart hotel is very nice everything is automatic especially toilet. very good.

I was honestly so shocked staying here, it exceeded my expectations. A huge bed with a great window. A massive bath tub, all the amenities you need, and in the heart of taikooli. Definitely would stay again. I travelled solo but it would be a great place to stay as a couple

Overall, the price is acceptable. Other hotels are also organizing activities in the off-season, each with its own pros and cons. The boss upgraded the room to a bigger one for free. The only problem was that one of the kitchen doors was broken and could not be closed. The room could be seen outside the kitchen window and it was still ventilated.

The room is quite nice, clean and sanitary. There are slippers for children, and water and drinks are provided. The service is very good, and the transportation is very convenient. Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and Taikoo Li are just outside the door. Internet celebrity check-in attractions, and there are washing machines and dryers. Nice. What’s even more considerate is that you put your clothes in the washing machine. Service staff will check on them from time to time and put them in the dryer for you after washing.

The hotel room is very spacious and nice. Toilet and shower is separate. Hot lemon ginger, fresh coffee and crisps are offered in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As we earlier stayed at another Atour and needed to get our Taobao package, the staff arranged for the package transfer within the hour. Free evening snack. Free laundry services. We purchased breakfast with our room and there is a wide selection. We are all very this hotel 👍👍👍

The hotel has a centralised a/c system for all room, ie you cant adjust the temperature in the room. The switch in the room doesnt work at all. Ventilation system was bad as well. It was stuffy and warm when we stayed there the first night. All the reception could do was to just provide a fan and ask us to open the window which is then loud since its a very centralised location. I immediately cancelled the remaining nights because i felt like we were staying in a hostel room. This is something what the hotel should mention at the first place during check-in but nothing was mentioned even though they told us at the end, where we wanted a partial refund of the1st night, that a lot of guests had complaint about the same issue! The hotel we stayed afterwards had the same centralised a/c system but they informed us upfront during check-in and the ventilation was functioning well in room - ie no stuffy air even though theres no a/c. Apart from the a/c problem, the hotel lift was terrible too as it serves the whole building with 23 floors, ie you have to wait quite a while for you to go up and down — which wasted a lot of time. No extra security barrier was made meaning everyone could access the hotel room floors without a card. Only at night times the main door to the rooms was shut and could only be opened by card. Hotel in general is newly refurbished but it has this cheap taste in interior and furnitures picked, like the instagramable room-wanna be. In the room they have a container containing condoms, lubs and sex toys which gives an impression that the hotel is mostly for “happy times” , more couple suitable staycation kind. Breakfast selection was average. Rooms were clean and location was great. Not advisable to travellers with elderly accompanies since you always need to walk a long stairs to cross the bridge to Chunxi Road. Duty manager Ms Wu was very professional in dealing issues but the other staffs need further training. All and all, i wouldnt recommend this hotel and you could get better offers with the same price.

Place (and price) was excellent for my stay tho I must point out that this hotel is not for everyone. First, let me list the good points :- near metro, shops/minimart around the corner, clean, good view of DongMen bridge from window. Cons:- DON’T choose this hotel if you need ＞10mins to bath in winter or ＞20mins in summer. Water will only reheat after 30mins interval. This is what the red sign is trying to say but it is in Chinese which some can’t read. Bed is hard n singing from nearby pubs can be heard when windows are open ajar. For a new building, it is not well-maintained but good enough for a temp stay. I stayed for 2 nights
