Manxin Hotels in Chengdu

Absolutely unbelievable service. 100 out of 100. I have been to the most exclusive hotels in the world from Paris to New York to London and Italy, and others and none of them can offer this kind of personal service whilst refusing point blank any tipping. As a foreigner without a word of Chinese i found the service astounding. Nothing, absolutely nothing is too much. They will even pay for your didi fare to facilitate your ride, do your laundry at no extra charge. Show you the best place to eat...i am still shocked. Its a 100 out of 100 for service. Fantastic location. Highly Recommended

Because I was going to Du Fu Thatched Cottage, I chose Manxin Hotel. It is very convenient to go to the north gate of Du Fu Thatched Cottage in 2 minutes. Modern design concept, the design, layout and layout of the lobby and room are fashionable and modern, very bright~ When I checked in at 3 o'clock, the reserved room was not cleaned. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the twin room and helped to put the beds together. The service was proactive and enthusiastic. Every time I passed by the front desk, I took the initiative to say hello. Homemade drinks are available in the lobby all day, afternoon tea is available when you check in, and souvenirs are given to children when you check out. Rich breakfast~ I will stay here next time!

On the fourth day of coming to Chengdu, three rooms were set, and hot tea was poured as soon as I entered the door. The beauty at the front desk saw that she had brought the children and sent cute children's slippers and toothbrushes. Even the luggage was sent to the room for us. Very intimate, on the way to the room to ask if you need to recommend the delicious surroundings, sent two breakfasts. I saw that the children liked to eat the panda sugar at the front desk and prepared a small gift before leaving. Well, it feels like going home.

I booked the hotel one day in advance, but I didn't expect to get an extra surprise. Toilet: Clean and tidy, stylishly decorated, I like it very much. The smart toilet is continued in the hotels above the All Seasons series; the shower room is especially praised, with beautiful colors, a shower head with sufficient water pressure and water temperature, which can sweep away the fatigue of travelers. Bedding: I like the hygiene very much! The clean linens and the mattress with support and wrapping feel provide people with sensitive skin with enough sense of security, strong sleepiness, and a dreamless experience. Minibar: In addition to the two bottles of water in the room, there are free soft drinks and drinking water in the refrigerator, and the lychee-flavored drinks are good. The welcome fruit plate is very fresh, and a small gift bag for each seat is also given when you check in. The heated photo and earplugs make you sleep without worries. The small coffee candy at the front desk is my favorite. The front desk staff who loves fans can't wait to pour it all for me to eat on the road. It's really happy! There are also very special snacks such as pineapple cakes and small twists on the snack rack in the reception area on the first floor... The overall service is great!

The first time I came to Chengdu, I stayed in Manxin on the first day. The service is warm and thoughtful, the room is spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the clothes in the laundry room are washed and ironed before being delivered to the room. The location of the hotel is also good. You can eat delicious food in the surrounding area within a few minutes' walk. The barbecue recommended by Mr. Fu, the lobby manager, is amazing. All in all, it’s a satisfying experience. The good impression of Chengdu started from here. The space is limited. I will come again next time and choose Manxin next time. Manxin will be my first choice in the future.

剛開業的酒店，服務和設施都非常棒，性價比也很高，感覺是成都酒店的性價比之王了，我每天都睡到12點，錯過了酒店的早餐太可惜了。 正文開始，整個酒店都彌散着清香，裝修是偏木色新中式的，細節處看的出酒店是用心打造的。自帶一個園林，在成都這個充滿煙火氣的地方，難能可貴的找到了一個蟲語鳥鳴的地方 設施：第一天入住的是松鼠蜜語大床房，房間很大，類似於小套房的設計，廁所洗浴由一道牆隔開，還有一個女士單獨化粧桌，深受我老婆喜歡。第二天，給我們升級了一個房間，帶一個露台。房間就有點小了，但是在秋天肯定很舒服。 服務：這個就更別説了，見到客人都會主動打招呼，並會詢問有什麼需要麼 真正做到了賓至如歸，好幾個前台都很好，24小時服務。給我們一直拿行李 自助茶歇區:每天都有水果送上，真的很好 反正下次來成都玩一定會再定這裏。希望一如既往的保持 大家放心定

Even returning late at night, it remains lively. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Chunxi Road and IFS, surrounded by a variety of hot pot and milk tea options. The atmosphere of the hotel is bright and comfortable, welcoming guests with a large revolving door and delightful fragrances. The front desk staff are polite and enthusiastic, making you feel right at home. Special mention to 小陆and 钱欢欢, as they were the only ones whose name tags I noticed, but all the staff members were exceptionally warm and friendly, providing service akin to a 6-star experience—I just didn't catch everyone's names. I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness in handling Taobao parcels which I ordered and delivered prior to my arrival, and they offer free tea, coffee, cold drinks, toiletry kits, and gifts. The rooms are clean and smoke-free, decorated in a modern and cozy style, with excellent soundproofing and exquisite bathroom facilities. They even have a free laundry room and ironing facilities; just leave your clothes with them before heading out, and they'll wash and return them to your room by evening, making the service very convenient and considerate. The breakfast options are varied, not just Sichuan flavors but also clear soup noodles, dumplings, and more, which was thoughtful given that we're not used to greasy and spicy breakfasts. Overall, my 5-day, 4-night stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. If you're planning a trip to Chengdu, I highly recommend booking this hotel.
