The location is super and the service is excellent. My two girls and I had a wonderful stay at Niccolo ChengDu for 3 nights. The staff is really very helpful and warm, we will definitely come to stay again.

The hotel service is really as enthusiastic as the hot pot. As long as you pass by the front desk, they will greet you. If you need anything, just call the front desk and it will be delivered in a short time no matter what time it is. It's very good. The grilled fish we ate was also very delicious. I recommend ordering slightly spicy food for those who can't eat spicy food!

if you are looking for the boutique hotel in the middle of shopping district, this is the hotel you should consider. it’s located on Chunxi road which surrounded by shopping malls and fashion stores. the hotel looks no different from the photos so you can ensure that you there won’t be any surprises upon your arrival. the room has enough space for bug luggages. it’s clean and ac works well. although staff didn’t communicate much in english, they were willing to help via wechat. on yop of that, delivery robot was cool! hotel also offers good breakfast.

It's great to find an e-sports room at this price near Chunxi Road. If I have to find faults, it's that the wardrobe smells musty and the mouse and keyboard are very oily. Everything else is ok.

Our stay was pleasant, thanks to the warm and excellent service provided by both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team. Our room was clean and bright, and the hotel's location was ideal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

房間真的夠寬敞，比500多的某家大的不是一點，卧室很乾凈。地點也很好，在步行街裏面，離步行街出口不遠，方便打車。整體沒有異味。洗浴用品齊全，還有身體乳。還有按摩椅是亮點，按摩椅免費的。還準備了淋浴拖鞋。

When we were leaving the hotel, the manager Ms. Mia Zhou came out to say good bye. The hotel breakfast was food heaven and my local friends were also surprised that the hotel offered so many Chengdu delicacies. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The pool is quite big but not heated and only opened from 10am to 10pm during May to October. The street front room was a bit noisy.

It was the first time I took my boyfriend to stay in a youth hostel. He found it very novel and the experience was very good. Although it is not like a hotel and we cannot stay together, we can save more than 100 yuan in budget. We are still very excited. Room: Same as the picture, with curtains and lights, clean and not damp. Common areas: very large. The way here is a bit difficult to find, just go around to the left of Wangfujing, go straight, and pass through a bunch of food stalls outside. The location is very good, very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li.

The room is big and the location is excellent. It's very close to Taikoo Li. The subway station is only 400 meters away. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the housekeeper Cong Cong. He sent water and shower gel very thoughtfully before leaving (it smells really good). I want to stay here again next time.

We booked a parent-child room, and the overall experience was great! (That’s why I wrote such a long review…) - The hotel service is great. Everyone we interacted with was patient and friendly, including the service staff at the restaurant. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time. They patiently helped us to book extra stays and get discounts. And also recommend a lot of Chengdu local food/restaurants, which was very helpful. - The room is bright with a nice city view and well-cleaned. Room service is very quick as well. When we ordered takeouts, a robot sent them to our room. Pretty convenient. - My kid enjoys the parent-child room a lot. In addition to the small tent and a rocking unicorn, there are also some children's books, so we had things to do when it was raining outside. - The room facilities are fine too, there is a smart toilet, and the TV has projection as well. There’s no bathtub. - The location is excellent, in the center of Chengdu, and it is easy to get around. It is very close to Taikoo Li Chunxi Road, about ten minute's walk, and it is also very close to the airport bus station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to it.
