Perfect service by very kind staffs. Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room. Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach. Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

We went to play some table tennis and we were told it was an additional fee. The whole experience was lacking. The buffet was cold (dinner and breakfast) something I ate at dinner made me sick the next day of our trip. Had to cut it short and go home to recover. The waitresses in the restaurant seemed oblivious that we were even there. The “cigar lounge” was great except the lack of cigars. (I bring my own anyway) Best part was location. We were able to walk quite a ways around the lake while still on hotel grounds. Still angry about the need to pay to use the table tennis table. We had our own rackets and balls. Pool was cold and dirty so we didn’t even swim. Bed was soft but the pillows were like stones. No sleep. Shower was warm but not hot. Overall. We won’t be returning

Great service, as at any Hilton. I gave the location a 4/5, because after they filled in the outside pool, it just hasn't been as beautiful as it was before. This hotel is still highly recommended, though.

The location was very beautiful. There’s not a lot to do in the area but the hotel has a lot of activities for kids. We enjoyed the pool and the kids playroom. The breakfast was great. The other meals and drinks were overpriced. We made sure to get drinks and snacks from a convenient store before coming.

This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in, bar none. This one point is given based on Hilton's positioning. If it were just a three-star hotel, it might not be this score. The outdoor swimming pool is probably closed a long time ago. Then I wanted to take pictures by the lake, but it was full of black garbage bags. The only good thing is the view from the lobby bar.
