近5年，多次在西海岸酒店入住，價格公道，早餐豐富，始終有一種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店服務態度特別好，特別是前台陳秋秋，服務周到，態度和藹，耐心接待。攜家人，孩子入住，游泳泡温泉，沙灘遊戲，都是尚佳選擇。

這家酒店海景房真的太讚了！一進入房間，那無敵海景就讓人心曠神怡。房間的裝修風格簡約而不失格調，設施一應俱全。床特別舒服，讓我一夜好眠，醒來又是滿滿的能量。酒店的服務更是沒得説，工作人員都特別熱情友好，特別是前台夏玉服務很好細緻入微及時發現我們遺落物品，和吳書凱行李員貼心周到幫忙把物品及時送到房間，不管有什麼需求都能及時幫忙解決。早餐也很豐富，酒店還有個恆温游泳池和温泉池非常棒，讓我們在閑暇時光能盡情放鬆。房間也乾淨整潔。入住的真的體驗到舒適與享受。以後要來會再次關顧的
