Door lock was not good. Bathroom lock was very tight to close. Air conditioner cooling was not good.

Basic amenities like electric kettle missing, no kitchen, hot water served in plastic bottle for drinking, staffs are not cooperative. Location is ok, but its below average hotel. You can get better hotels in the same price bracket.

Room just average. Bath room below average. Ac is not working properly. Ac effect is not felt. Ac remote is not working or ac is not responding to the

Property location is good, this hotel not having the restaurant facility, if you choose including breakfast package, they do purchase from outside on provide. Towels are very bad conditions.

Very old room and lot of wiring works are visible near walls. Even pillows are covered with wiring lines. Rust in toilet area.

We can’t stayed. We went there the hotel person miss understand me and he won’t allowed we went another hotel. We booked two days. Me and my sister came for barath university submissions of certificates. We reached nyt 10. 30 pm that time hotel person not allowed that time wear will go? at least he can’t listen my version.

The room was not properly cleaned and all the furnitures are partially damaged. There is no break fast include in it and the 2000 rs is no worthy for hotel grand-parkway
