Mayuraa Residency

Next to my room filled with rowdies with hot drinks in their hands.. When I happen to complaint the person Manikandan incharge didn't took any action.. I left the hotel at midnight to my friend home nearby out of fear.... Paying my room rent for that day too.. Really horrible experience

I recently visited the Mayuraa Residency in the month of May 2023 for 1 night. My room was booked through a wedding group. It was my brother's wedding and since the marriage hall was just 5 minutes away this was the most comfortable place to stay in all respects. The rooms are supremely spacious for a couple and they have good large fluffy beds. The washroom was also spacious and well lit. The hotel pretty much provided 5 star type amenities like bottled mineral water (free), A big size dressing mirror which was a huge plus considering we were there to attend a marriage. The best part was the staff. I did not expect such helpful and accomodative staff. They can arrange for things from nearby places which are not available in the hotel. They also easily allow in fact encourage ordering from nearby local cuisines through Swiggy and Zomato and are pretty quick with the services as well. The rooms are very well air conditioned and very easy to locate. The hotel was also kept neat and clean. Uber services from the hotel location are easily available as well. The rooms have the following amenities - - Min Fridge - Tea / coffee maker with creamer and tea, coffee, sugar pouches. - Free mineral water bottles with replenish. - In person delivery and pick up service for items not available in the hotel. - Great working conditions of the AC - Hot and cold water facility in the washroom. - Full sized dressing table with warm lights. - Telephone in room with easy dialing service. - Large king sized bed with fluffy mattress. - Night dim lights. Overall full marks for the services and facilities provided!
