The room was not at all to the standards for the money i paid

The room was quite average, the ac didn't work properly, the roof was soaked with water from above so the whole room was smelly but still it deserves a 3* for emergency stay

Definitely good place for short visit nearer to guindy with the moderate cost. Starting mic-hale sir reception till the end. They have taken care my family members very well. I am happy about their service.

No cleanliness, some of the electrical fittings were not working, bad smell in the rooms, food area was not at all hygienic

1. The staff was unfriendly and rude. Often i had to ask them to do housekeeping everyday. 2. The room was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift. 3. The earliest breakfast time is also at 8 am which can not be helpful for early meetings and work. 4. The bathroom was in very bad shape. It had many leakages from basin to comod. The geaser in first room was not working and had to shift to another room. Even then the knobs were old and unable to use easily. 5. The bedsheet was very old and had many water spots in them
6. The water bottle was being reused everyday instead of providing a new one
7. Ac was not working properly at all whole night
8. Tv cable was not working at all
9. Hotel did not provide me tax invoice after checkout. This is one of the worst hotels i have lived in my life. Yes, the images shown and actual room is very different.

When you pre book and go, if you check in before 12 PM ( early check in ), they will charge you extra 300. Whereas if you book through phone, they allows early check in..Quite interesting 😤

The place was excellent with all the amenities. It would’ve been nice there was soap and paste in the washroom.
