Hotel Crescent Inn

I had booked 3 rooms in this place for my marriage after paying an advance of 50% percent for the same. The guests checked in and since then the manager started calling me for more payment. During all functions, I was forced to attend his calls and he would ask to transfer money. Though I said I will settle the bill during check out, his harassments never stopped. I was forced to keep paying over Gpay to be at my own marriage in peace! Their thuggery did not stop there. Even when I wen to visit the guests in thier rooms, the manager would call on the intercom and demand that I come to the reception immediately. On day of check out, i found that they were purposely over charging the rooms I had booked under the pretext of a better room. Luckily I had enquired the prices from other guests and hence could not be cheated. The manager argued so fiercely and it looked like we werent guests but intruders. Finally I managed to pay the right amount and the manager commented that I had made a mistake of booking rooms there and never to return to the property ever. I have stayed in leading hotel chains across India and abroad, and this is the worst experience I ever had and will ever have. I will never ever return to this hotel and strongly recommend anyone considering it also to skip it and check out some other hotel nearby.
