Old property not having proper facilty i have booked king bed but they have not given me bed is uncomfortable

Clean and and spacious rooms. Variety in break fast. Courteous staff. Clean linen. Fast checkin and out

I want to really appreciate the hotel team members because each of the members in this hotel his always taking lots of care about the stay and the resturants teams are such a nice service I never see in my stay compare to another hotels...... And I have to especially appreciate mr.johnson front office manager and Kumarsan his a bell boy, he did the all the request of the guest such a good smile and very polite behaviour................

Excellent hotel with great customer care by reception area lady named ezhil .Good food and clean rooms, excellent bars, i really enjoyed my stay, it is good for family too.Staff are very friendly and warm in welcoming guest.Myself and my friends enjoyed the stay.

Though small, this hotel exudes a warmth worth mentioning. It's layout of rooms and facilities is well attuned to both one event / meal visitors and long stay guests. The staff at restaurant 'The Lobby Cafe' is most attentive and hospitable. Its buffet offers a wide spread and the live counter is prompt and tasty in its offerings. The housekeeping staff are meticulously tidy and diligent in their upkeep of the rooms. The Geoffrey's Public is cosy nook with an old World style ambience. It's distinctly nautical theme also offers a couple of Pool Tables and old world nostalgic wall hangings. Its Chinese / asian restaurant 'The Oriental Blossom' is tastefully decorated and offers a wide variety of dishes. There is ample parking for visitors' cars around the hotel building with a lot more in its own ground immediately behind the hotel to cater to its party functions. There are certain special employees in the hotel who make the stay even more special. Ms Azhil, the Coordinator, is especially noteworthy with her efficient style of functioning and very pleasant personality. While The Lobby Cafe has a very efficient staff Ms Swarnima and Mr Molson, are both particularly hospitable and attentive. There is however one area which could be more optimal - the front desk could be more user efficient and proactive in dealing with the patrons including those who call up to inquire about prepaid bookings. Access to the current GM, Mr Jaya Shankar Gupta is also very difficult even by long guests, either by design or default.

Check in was good. Even the room allotted was good. But since my room 202 was directly above the hall which was used for hosting some functions, the music played was too loud that it was a disturbance to me in my room as it was not insulated. That was a main issue i faced this time.

It’s one of the best hotel I stayed in chennai. Everything is taken care perfectly from food, cleaning, hospitality. Food by chef Devendra is really good. You get good options in breakfast. Hotel also has in house Bar and restaurants which doesn’t make you feel to go outside.

Lovely ambience delicious and healthy food, soft spoken staff, prompt I house dining made my stay more comfortable and happy on selcting our hotel. Would be happy to stay here Iin future.,.................,..........,................
