I'm a traveler and I've seen and stayed in a lot of places but I've never seen a this type of hotel.... very bad service🙏

Entry in to the room was not good towel and soap was not there ,on demanding same ,replied towel not received from laundry though I had informed the hotel about my arrival time (check in time was 12 noon and I check in at 12 mid night)and they had sufficient time .on repeated demanding he arranged one towel after sometime .
Bed sheet was not in order had hole Cockroach 🪳 inside the room
Remote of television was not provided.they operate with a single Remote for all the room ,so if you switch off the TV you can't start without their help and had to wait quite a long time for their arrival at your room to start.
Tea was provided in time on payment by the staff.
Location is very good nearby to station.

Average hotel, untidy rooms and bathroom, location was good, food not available so no breakfast facility.

The app says that I can check in after noon, but when I arrived at around 2pm, the staff made me wait for an hour before I could check in. The room was not as advertised and was dirty.

The staff are good but badly maintained bathroom and taps. Also, the bed sheets and pillows are not clean. They changed it upon request but not that clean. I checked in at 5 pm in the evening which is 5 hours late from 12 and checked out at 3 pm which is 3 extra hours next day but still they charged me 300 rupees extra. Not worth for 1250 + 300. But i recommend this for short stay upto 2 days

booked a deluxe room, the room is dirty not hygienic, bathroom also not good, many cockroaches and mosquitos in the room. many times electricity interrupted not happy at all. breakfast they given small masala dosa with one small vada just to confirm the breakfast included. not recommended to any one this hotel, staff also not friendly calls not answered the reception many times🙏🏻

Hotel sand silver has shown only nice picture of their facilities only. Reality is different, rooms are not cleaned up, cockroaches all-around room service don't even keep drinking water bottle for extra service if required. Casual attitude on staff, during 4 day of stay every day we need to instruct about room service and new things i can't refer sorry. But otherwise it's your choice.
