No assistance, need to ask for things. No intercom. Bedsheet is sufficient in chennai not a thick rajai. Unusable cupboard.

First of all services are very poor. No food is available in the hotel. They bring breakfast from a roadside vendor and collects lot of money from the passenger. Really horrible experience. I never seen such a horrible people in chennai.

I am from tiruppur, stayed here for a chanra mall work which is very close to this hotel. Room is very clean and spacious and thanks to front office team in assisting on can and food. They have lift and parking too. Overall experince was fantastic and i will stay back again.

Dirty room, chair, bed, not worth it and unsafe. Salty and dirty water in bathroom, in addition to that employees were burning newspapers and dancing at midnight, full smoke. It doesn't look like a safe place to stay
