Sakthi Park Near Melmaruvathur Temple

I booked for two nights and stayed only for one night they refused to refund my money horrible utter waste

Not good not bad, it's average. Ac is not upto the mark. Only fan is running. We won't prefer for next stay in same

One of the worst stay ever. These pp l are so illetrates that even after booking through app they are telling that he will not give us the room. He made us wait in the reception for 1 he at late night before check in

Wifi was there and it was refused for us. Cleanliness is the worst part. No drinking water was provided. We paid for additional bed but was not provided. We will never ever book this hotel again. Thank you

Out of the 5 days i stayed there i came across 3 different receptionists out of which only one was friendly and the other two were outright rude. Regarding hygiene, the bedsheets and pillow case were ok. But the toilet's doormat was very dirty and the cupboard stinks. Makemytrip gives you an option to pay for breakfast. But the place doesn't have a restaurant. The power socket in my room didn't work and it wasn't fixed at all. The window ac's temperature couldn't be controlled.

Makemytrip says that complementary breakfast is available at the hotel. But the shakthi park doesn't have a restaurant. Regarding hygiene, the bedsheets and pillow case look ok. But the door mat of the toilet looks very dirty and the cupboard stinks very badly i dont know why. Shakthi park is located on a main road. But the road has a lot of potholes that it looks like there are a few patches of asphalt on a mud road. So you are constantly exposed to dust if you were to go out to eat or stroll.

Approach road is full of pollution. We can not recognise the Hotel properly from outside. Inside maintenance is ok from the management. Rooms are also good.
