The bathroom flush had dirty water, the breakfast setup was fairly crowded for the capacity

We had arranged for Airport to Hotel transfers and that was great and safe. Room is spacious, clean and adequate. Staffs were friendly. Location is fabulous

Location was excellent. Very close to Varni mahal and other places where music festivals were conducted which made us to walk to these places. Pandy bazar was very close and walking distance to do shopping. Service was excellent too. Morning complementary breakfast had both Indian and western food with many varieties. Service at this place was excellent. Reception at hotel was very good and helpful especially from the manager Raja Priyan. Only suggestion is the bathroom cleaning can be little better, especially the toilet cleaning.

This hotel was good. Clean and comfortable. The food was good.

Good value for money

Although the facility was old, it was relatively clean and maintained. The staff were friendly.

Amazing experience, great customer service. Staff were always very helpful and on hand to assist when asked. Thoufeeq was especially helpful during the course of our stay, and we would always recommend The Residency to all. Lovely residence!

It's too early to give much feedback, I have been traveling in India for one month, and I've only been in Chennai for 12 hours (1 x night). So far the room is adequate, the shower water is hot, and last night's buffet dinner was very good. Front of house staff at the hotel are very helpful and Prabath has been keen to help with my stay.

The hotel was very good. The staff allowed us to stay a few hours extra at checkout due to my wife being sick. The only criticism is that the buffet restaurant was too crowded and the staff could not quite cope with the number of people. Special mention to Prabath and his colleagues who assisted us at checkout. Very helpful and friendly.

Clean car, Excellent driver (Arul), safe and comfortable journeys. Arul knows his way around the city, he is very patient, a good conversationalist and was there to go the extra mile like taking pictures etc. he is soft spoken and patient and very trustworthy.

I came for a business trip booked at the residency hotel beds we stay @ 911 tv not working then k.dhamodharan and R Ramachandran do some technique and solve the issue I thanked Mr dhamodharan and ramachandran for his smiling and approach Nice hotel heart of the city

This is the best location if you are planning on shopping in T Nagar or close by area. Rooms are good and comfortable but slightly older. Higher floor rooms are noisy during the afternoon because of construction work which was a nuisance. Breakfast was average!

Very comfortable room service very friendly food is excellent clean environment. I would like to stay here and recommend to others also. Front office team Ram, Uktha,Prabath,Indira all are very helpful. In the upcoming month also we have a booking.
