Pleasant stay with staff keen to assist. Rooms were clean and comfortable and cleaning staff were helpful. Special mention to Ms. Manisha Ghosh, Hemam Arti Devi, and Chef Ramesh Murugan at the restaurant for their wonderful service. Best wishes.

Hotel is very far from the airport and city centre. Reception staff are not adequately trained. They don't know how to welcome guests and to arrange a smooth check out. Overall all categories of staff needs training. there was nothing memorable that happened.
