JP Hotel Ambiance Exalent Banquet Executive and supportive staff very co operative and supported well. All my 60 Guest treated well and managed well in three days at both the Halls & restaurant without any single issue. Compliments to Mr Manohar Mrs Suganya Mr Selvakumar Mr Bharti Mr Ramu . Compliments to Chef for taste. Good Banquet team work.

Downward spiral in terms of quality. Bathrooms are abysmally poor conditions. Saving grace is the room service and breakfast. Front office needs a reality check. Staff are good but I think management is not giving proper authority to staff to provide good service.

Chambre vieillotte avec mauvaise wifi, le premier matin à mon réveil ils étaient entrain de démolir le plafond du couloir devant ma chambre, ensuite ils m’ont changé de chambre et mis à côté de l’ascenseur de service bruyant en me disant “no noisy” .Le manager a menti et s’est moqué de moi!! Il a fallu que mon agence intervienne pour que j’ai enfin une chambre correcte pour la 3 eme nuit. A mon départ il vous me faire payer alors que la note était déjà prépayée par l’agence !!!Heureusement l’agence a envoyé en urgence par WhatsApp la preuve du paiement !!!

Excellent service provided by all the staff members. Ahamad at the front desk was very helpful in facilitating a quick checkout and booking a cab . The food quality is at SeaNreeze restaurant is very good. The wifi service needs improvement. The lobby area is beautiful. Anthony and the staff at SeaNreeze restaurant provided service.

Ahmed from the front desk helped us a lot. He was very cordial , helpful and polite. We had to extend our stay for 2 days and all rooms were sold out. The manager also told us that it’s sold out. But he somehow looked into it and extended our stay by 2 nights. He was working night shifts but he was very friendly , helpful and smiling all the time . Thanks Ahmed.

Hotel spacieux mais qui demande un bon coup de jeunesse et rafraîchissement. Très bruyant. Salle de bain à refaire, beaucoup de moisissures et la peinture tombe de partout avec un manque de serviette de toilette. Petit déjeuner tout simple sans extra.

We are so happy to stayed here. All the needed are fulfilled by the hotel. Mrs. Sangeetha and her team helped all the time. We called anytime in front office, they are immediate response and solved our problems. They are good carrying people. We visit again and we inform all my circles.

Excellent hosptality and food is really good. Staff is supporative and friendly. Recommend for luxary stay at chennai city. Enterance front office staff are coperative and access to help the guedt in good manner.
