Book for colleague So far so good no complaint from my colleague will book again

Very noisy 9 to 5. Since lots of construction. Would not stay unless construction finished. They should advise at booking or offer discount. It was very noisy

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, but this is the first time I've had such an unpleasant stay. Not worth the price!!

We have came here for a business trip at that time that was the first I visited Green park It has a nice ambience and In front Office Mr.Akash was helpful and Mr.Sinan helped us with the luggages the room was good and we will visit to this property in future with my family

We had so many issues with stay at this hotel. We travelled to Chennai from USA to attend a marriage and booked 3 rooms, but while checking in we were told that they have some system issues and they cannot see the 3rd room booking from the third party website we used to book. Because of that we had to get alternative arrangements for our in laws. We were told that we will be called once the issue is resolved but no one contacted. Some construction is going on at the hotel and we could see dust all over the place and because of heavy rains the entrance to the hotel was waterlogged preventing us from walking outside. The pillow in the room was really dirty , I took a picture and shoed to the staff. This was a very unpleasant stay for us , but worst experience was on the way. Next day early morning I approached the hotel Staff before leaving to the marriage but I was told that the general manager is not available. We went to the marriage and after coming back at 2pm we were told that the third room issue was their mistake and they found that we actually had 3rd room booking during their audit. Since the night has already passed I asked them for the refund but they refused. They told us that the third party website through which we booked will refund our money. When I contacted the third party website they told us that the hotel staff is not picking up the phone. I am still waiting for the refund as I am writing this after two weeks. If you are planning to stay this place, God bless you and be prepared to lose your peace of mind. I usually do not write negative reviews like this, but this experience was beyond the limit.

I recently stayed at the Green park for more than three days..it was a amazing experience for me..the staff was outstanding , courteous and professional. In particular in the front office area Mallika,Roshini and Praveen were very polite, helpful, and professional. i would recommend the Green park Chennai to anyone traveling to the area. In addition, the hotel itself is nothing short of amazing and the guest room are superb! recommend one...

Great Banquet Service provided by Green park team for my Son's Birthday function yesterday! Spacious Hall and Amazing lunch served with around 20 varieities curated by the team. Special thanks to Ms. Joslyn for understanding our requirements right from the begining of discussion till the Big day !! Perfectly arranged the event with good coordination and execution on the day!! Kudos to Team !!

Hotel is too good I like very much, all employees are good specially facility service Mrs.Karpagam madam is very good . Everything is clean & Hygiene that thing is I like very much,so I give you 5 star . Even I Will recommend all my friends & Family.

This is a very nice Hotel. Cleaning is done very nicely by Karpgam. Keep it up. Clothes are washed very nicely. The room is arranged properly. Everything in the room is clean and arranged in order everyday. Karpgam has cleaned my room on time everyday and arranged room items in a neat order.

I stayed here for 2 days awsome stay I have ever felt before. All stafs are very kind at me. Food was delicious, room cleaning extremely neat and clean. Everything super good and front office, facilitiy service workers are very kind. Karpagam mam took care very well and good. Anyway I had a perfect stay. Than k u green Park. Contact here for perfect stay. Njoy the day. And also my gratitude goes to all team members.

This review is truly honest review. I had stayed this hotel on January sorry that u am posting this review very late ... But I remember all the wonderful and helpfully people ... Starts from reception the security had welcome me with wonderful great smile and then came in the two wonderful receptionist I met one was handling me and other was handling my parents the both reception person were so helpful and there had a good warm smile and there were very much joy with us .. my father still remains then both because what there have done with very very special there have given next to each other's room without any pre message... And then the housekeeping lady in 3th floors our room was given in 3th floor 😁 .. she very helpful and kind too .. I think she works 24hrs because when ever we ask for housekeeping assistant she comes ... Good. And then live breakfast buffet the awesome good and chefs were very much help full ... of Making for us the best Dosa.... Truly the best stay I will visit again on December... I hope I would see again the wonderful human beings again ... Gowtham,Roshni,Narasi.. ... Sorry to give this late ...

I stayed at the hotel for a week and I was very impressed by the quality of service and amenities. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city.and thanks to Mr Arshaq from front desk.

Had an Excellent Dinner@ Roast,& Grill . great ambiance an excellent service and wast Verity of Food all are yummy .. Tandoori food are out standing ... .... .. .. .. .. .. . 😋😋 Good food good atmosphere good service and very good experience..👍💐
