Hi, i had very poor experience at the hotel. The ac didn't work. The pathways to the rooms very dark n smelly and unclean. You should not carry food or order from outside. You should order food only from thier restaurant which was pathetic. Horrible experience. Please don't waste your money booking this hotel. Yes, they had mentioned that only 3 can stay in a deluxe room and 5 to 6 in suit room. We even called n confirmed the same. But when we went to the hotel we weren't allowed. I paid 12k for just 2 hrs for brides makeup but they dint allow us inside. Poor customer care service.

Since we were non members we were not treated right. As we were in a hurry to get some place to stay, the hotel told us to do the booking through mm t and get 24 hour check-in stay. But next day we got to know that mm t bookings don’t come with 24 hours check-in. They took our money for 3 times through gpay for the same transaction and took 2 days for just keep on checking for the refund. Till now the hotel has to pay rs 1214 to us which we haven’t received yet. Rooms were good and spacious but we paid a lot for that even though when the staff was at fault for communicating the wrong information to us. I won’t recommend this stay to anyone if your not a member of the club.

This is one of the oldest Clubs in Chennai in the posh locality of the Chennai City! The facilities are good and can go ***** with a member only, as his/her guest. The Restaurant offers exotic Vegetarian / Non-vegetarian Kerala cuisines. There is a well stocked Bar also in this Club.
