Metro Tourist Hotel Cheonan Reviews

Overall, the hotel stay was good. I and my wife along with the baby stayed a night here. But there are some issues that need to be fixed. We stayed in suit room 802 1. The bathroom door was not fixed. My toe was stuck inside and it broke severely and I had blood clotted 2. The bathroom soaps were not provided and bath tub was not working 3. There was kind of irritating sound coming from the AC Overall though the stay was good my toe got broken because of the improperly fixed bathroom door and its very dangerous for kids too. The hotel authorities need to fix it carefully

The service staff is very good. But I would like to have some free food for breakfast.

The location is good, there is a convenience store 5 minutes walk from Cheonan Station, and a restaurant that is open until late at night where you can buy snacks and drinks. The hotel is clean and has a bathtub so you can relax in the hot water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cost performance is good, so I recommend it.

Right next to the station, recently renovated, clean and modern. Some of the photos are old and don't reflect the new style!

The hotel is at very convenient location near metro station which can go direct to Seoul station. Friendly front desk staff and affordable rates. Will certainly visit for vacation during stay at Cheonan factory.

The situation in the hotel was good compared to the price. The staff is friendly and they turn on the heater until it's hot, so I'm satisfied. Since it was a Saturday morning, I was surprised by church-related businesses singing into microphones in front of the parking lot and shouting under the pretense of praying. Although it is an event with a good cause, such as free meals, there are likely to be complaints about noise. I thought it was strange that everyone just tolerated and accepted it.
