위치는 좋으나 1층 데스크 직원 태도 및 서비스가 엉망이며 이렇게 불친절한곳은 처음입니다.
사람이 오든말든 인사 이런거 없고 뭐 물어봐도 퉁명스럽습니다.
객실 올라갔을땐 더 충격인게 침대 시트가 뭐묻어 있어서 이야기 했더니 다른객실로 안내해줬는데 3곳다 더러워서 이야기했더니 세탁업체 맡긴곳이 다이렇다면서,
그냥 다이러니깐 그러고 자라는 식으로 들렸습니다.
크게 화를 내고 따지니깐 다른방으로 안내를 해줬는데
시간은 시간대로 낭비하고 기분은 기분대로 상했습니다.
천안에 온다면 다시는 이곳에 방문 안합니다.
아직도 생각할수록 화가 나고 불만족스럽습니다.

하루만 잠만잘목적으로 제일 작은방에 묵엇는데, 편하게 잘 쉬었어요!
좁지만 갖출건 다 갖춰져 있었던거 같아요- 엄쳥 조용했고, 화장실도 깨끗했고, 침구도 푹신했고, 따듯하게 잘 쉬었습니다-👍

무난한 호텔이에요. 지하 주차장이 있어서 주차가 편리합니다. 방 사이즈가 좀 작아서 답답할 수는 있겠네요. 무난합니다.

작년에 이어 올해도 친구들과 부부동반 송년회를 천안에서 모여 주저없이 선택했고 편안하고 기분좋게 보냈습니다 아마도 천안에서 모이면 계속 이용할거 같아요

침대밑에서 먼지가 있고 공기가 좀 탁해서 목이 아팠습니다.
수건이 좀 닳은 거라서 조금 찝찝했고, 일회용품 지급은 따로 없습니다.
샴푸 바디워시 비누 제공되고 스타일러가 있어서 좋았습니다.
주변에 상가가 많아서 소음이 걱정됐는데 아주 조용하게 잘잤습니다.
침대가 있지만 온돌기능이 되서 추운겨울이었지만 따스한 방안 공기로 잘 보낼 수 있었습니다.
다시 숙박할 의향 있습니다.
