They were in the process of upgrading the lobby, which will look nice when completed. But the staff did a great job of providing good service despite the construction chaos.

They was conducting renovation at the time .So the restaurant and vending machines were gone .Had to go to other hotel across the way .To me that was a inconvenients .

The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels and essentials. 2 complaints, the front door had to be slammed to close and my room was next to interstate 64 very, very noisy with cars. Besides that it was okay.

The room was clean but otherwise I was not impressed with this hotel. The lobby is not inviting. Breakfast is only served until 9 am and you are just handed a brown bag with a microwave sandwich, a muffin, a piece of fruit, and a container of juice so I had no choices at all and ended up with a bag full of breakfast items I did not like. I prefer a warm environment, a bit of hospitality, and to make my own food choices so I would not stay here again.

renovations going on and they should let customer know that ahead of time. Breakfast was in a bag. Too much money for bag breakfast.

Wasn’t clear that hotel was being renovated and breakfast area was closed. Our room was renovated but it was done as cheaply as possible. Toilet ran continuously unless handle was positioned properly. Sink spout was wobbly despite 2 pounds of caulk applied all around it to try to hold it in place.
