We had a lovely time, friendly, helpful staff, good location with a short walk into Chester but on the way I would recommend a stop in Hoole high street, I would stay here again

We went for drinks last night and met , can I say best service we've had in a while! Adam was so helpful and could not do anymore for us and to top it off, he is hilarious! We giggled all night and had the best time! No one has banter anymore and we really appreciated it and he absolutely made our night! Thank you Adam ☺️

It was comfortable stay with excellent food served down stairs. Clean rooms and Bathroom. Bathed or had a shower 2 x a day. Brilliant feeling fresh all the time. Did my shopping and other business. A excellent place to stay being only 5 mins from the centre. King kabs great for travel to and from the hotel. My second stay at the hotel.

Went the Oakland's for a family meal with our young baby. Food was great, service was excellent especially the manager Adam Nicholson who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! 5****

One of our fav locals.. Good selection of food & cocktails, fab little outdoor bit.. & Adam (ginge) is a top lad, always attentive to the customers, great customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would recommend to others. Thanks Adam see you again soon.

Went for lunch with my 2 children during may half term and I have to say, service food and the staff were amazing! We had a lovely time sat in the beer garden, Elaine and Adam were very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious and fairly priced. I would return for sure!

Great place to visit. Staff are super helpful and the bar is excellent, loads of choice of food and drinks. Adam (ginge) is fab and the kids always enjoy visiting, really reasonable priced. Definitely worth a visit / stay and loads of parking spaces

Brilliant pub, great atmosphere and good food. The service was quick and we weren't waiting around too long for our food. Adam was super friendly and we really enjoyed our meal. We will definitely will be returning to this place some time soon!
