Unfortunately I'm not able to review this property. For the last 2wks I've tried to rebook and modify my booking due to sickness with no success,chatbot and eventually apparently a half hr window to change my booking by a link and to pay more ( I didn't object to this as holiday season beginning), I'm a nurse working nights so was unfortunately sleeping so missed the email and the slot dissapeared. Tried to no avail to get a further response so room was left empty and I lost the money and wasn't unable to rebook. I won’t be using or recommending that property due to my experience, very disappointed in Trip com, 1st issue I've had, they need to simplify this process.
