The hotel is very modern and tidy. When I checked in, the front desk staff was explained clearly and politely. Also, provide a welcome drink of coffee or fruit tea.

Nice welcoming cocktail, modern hotel. We booked a family room but the sink was not draining properly and our view was not the canal but waitrose. We paid extra 6 pounds for parking but great breakfast
