Leonardo Hotel Chester Reviews

Asked for housekeeping to be done when we left the hotel. The only thing done was new teabags were placed in the room and new towels were put in. The bed was not made, the room was not tidied, new mugs and glasses were not put in the room. Very disappointing. Called twice but reception was busy, so we settled for a room that had not been attended to properly. Disappointing.

Excellent hotel only had breakfast which was buffet style and plenty of it .Friendly staff and close to loac ammenities . No parking available so we used Tescos 2 nights £25.

Wonderful experiences. Stuffs is professional and friendly. Location is easy to go everywhere.

Excellent location, a group of friends traveled to Chester together and booked different hotels and Airbnb and it turned out this hotel was the best among us. However if you are looking for nice view this is not the right hotel for you- you can only see car park driveway from the window.

The hotel location is good and just 5 minutes walking distance to the tourist spot.

Not upto the same standards of other Leonardo hotels that I’ve stayed in Had to get additional heater for the room and corridors were very cold Food poor and lack of choice with drinks, ran out of most common drinks

Reply love staying at the lenardo hotel in chester i come up now and then from london to see my partner and it really is perfect the staff are amazing the room is clean cool and quite very good place to relax

need a bit of walk from the main station, super new and every thing is so good I'll come back again

The location in the city center is good and there are many restaurants. Chester is a beautiful small town that is not well-known in China.

The location is excellent, there are several good restaurants and bars downstairs, and it is very convenient to walk to the main attractions. The breakfast is great, the room is clean and spacious, and the staff are warm and friendly. If I go to Chester again, I will stay here again.

No air conditioning, health in general

Room 253 was small but clean and modern. Big Samsung tv and nice shower. Only downside was a view of a brick wall with a nearby vent from their kitchen so could smell the food even though the window was shut. Also couldn't get the a/c working. Overall nice hotel with a central location. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants to choose from. Id stay again if the room was a bit better. Overall 4/5.

Our room wasn't ready in check in time meaning we had to change our plans wor friends which wasn't the best start to our stay.
