You need to go through a narrow path to get to the hotel from train station. Luggage storage is free. The pressure of the bath and toilet water is low.

The service staff is very good. The hotel is a bit old. It is close to the center and on the roadside. It is a bit noisy at night. It is very convenient for shopping and eating.

A well located very comfortable Hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Well laid out lounge next to Reception with a bar and where breakfast was served and also had a snooker table. A nice touch which in the present economic situation, many Hotels would have ceased doing, was the daily chocolate mints

Nice pet friendly hotel. Close to grocery stores and shopping mall. 30mins drive to chatsworth house.

Went into the room and it smelled nice, say on the bed and it’s far from comfortable. Get one flimsy flat pillow each. Get a hand towel and bath towel for two people. My friend went and asked for a couple more and they got aggravated and started tutting. The toilet roll is flimsy.

Very pleasant and helpful staff excellent location . Ironing facilities a little basic but as expected. Will definitely stay again as very convenient and central for sightseeing and shopping

Another great 3 night stay! Clean Large Room ,Fantastic Shower,Fast reliable lift and plenty of parking spaces.Perfect location for long or mini break ( town centre 5 mins) Staff Friendly/Fantastic and Knowledgeable, especially Reception take a Bow “ Lindsey”!🤩all professionaly overseen by Manager Olivier! 10/10 BRAVO!!
