The room was a bit dated but the breakfast was disgusting both in quality and in the conduct of the guests— sneezing over food, yelling, arguing, etc.

The size of the space was great being a family of 5. There was a bedroom with attached bath, living area and kitchen on the main level and a loft with king bed and a TV with it's own bathroom. That being said that was really the only positive. The pool was green and we had called ahead to ensure it was open but it was in no condition to actually use. The furniture in the unit was badly stand and had patches from ripped areas with plasticy cushions that didn't seem to be the original of the couch. The carpet was stained. If you don't care about those few things it is fine. For the price I think it was a good value. It could use some TLC.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the property was disappointing. The bed sheets were damp and the pool was green. There were gnats coming out of the bathroom sink.

We were first sent to a room that was already occupied. When we arrived to the second room we were assigned to it smelled like smoke even though it is supposed to be a smoke free facility. We also noticed right off that the couch had something dirty all over the back. The carpet needed a good vacuuming all over but particularly the stairs. We also found syrup or another sticky substance on the table and chairs. The dishwasher had been run with dishes and left. The water in many of the turned over dishes looked like they had been left that way for sometime. The bedding was clean in all of the rooms but some of the wash clothes had makeup still on them and the nightstand hadn’t been wiped off.
The staff was kind but I would not return for another stay.

Stayed here before, so returned. Only negative is: the shower was SOOOOO slippery, i slipped multiple times ; were it not for the handicap safety bars, I would have been hurt,injured. I mentioned it when I checked out. Desk clerk said manager would check into it, get back to me. No contact from manager yet. Hazard.
