Glad to have a suite
Loved the suite setup, very convenient. Hotel is showing its age but room was clean. Unfortunately the light in the kitchen didn’t work for us. The pillows were much too high for our preference, but the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again

Disappointed
I was disappointed that the hot tub and slide were not clean or working. The hallway carpets had stains. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious; and, the included breakfast was hot.

Good Listeners
Friendly staff. Room was very nice. For the price disappointed since there was no hot breakfast. Also due to cold weather the pool and hot tub room was wet. They worked on fixing the venting so we were able to use the slide, pool & hot tub. Thanks for the effort. Also we wanted some bottled water so they promptly displayed some bottles of water.
The morning we checked out they said they would send my receipt, but next day checked my email and no receipt. Checked inbox, All Mail Etc. and could not find it. So I called and they promptly sent it. So thank you very much.

Booked for the pool but pool was closed :(
I’ve stayed here before, and have been satisfied, however this time, when I booked, I was not notified that the pool was temporarily out of service. Had I known, I would have booked a lower priced accommodation elsewhere.

Nice staff in a dated hotel
The room I booked was not available so they gave me an upgrade. I’m not sure if it was actually an upgrade. The room was not locked when I got to it. The jacuzzi tub had a hole it and the shower was quite small. The hotel could use some updating. Great breakfast in the morning and the staff were very friendly and helpful
