Ce qui m'a déplu et le fait du moment de la réservation j'ai mis ou non de famille et pour récupérer la carte d'hébergement il faut mettre le prénom.
Je ne l'aurais pas su si je n'aurais pas contacté le service de 24 heures sur 24 (perte de temps).

Hotel pratique par son emplacement à côté d Orly avec un parking fermé. Après quelques difficultés pour avoir le code d entrée, tout était correct. Accueil souriant, petit déjeuner correct. La chambre était partiellement refaite. Attention,le tram passe à côté et peut être gênant pour certains . Le restaurant "la criée " à 50m fait 10% de réduction en venant de leur part!

Hotel very well located, close to public transport and with several services nearby (supermarkets, bakery/pastry shop, restaurants). A good option for those who don't want to spend a lot of money. You will get a very small and basic room. However, very clean and in basic conditions. It has an automatic booking system on site and no staff at reception at night. But as we arrived during the day, we don't know how check-in works at night. There are machines available for dispensing water, coffee and some snacks, but they only accept coins (not cards). There is also a microwave available. The breakfast, although basic, was quite good and acceptable.

A warm welcome from the entrance of the hotel to the end of the stay with polite employees (hello and smile). A little dust between the children's beds but very functional for a family of 4 or 5 people.
