We were greeted by a very friendly staff. Our room key was handed to us without having to wait. The hotel is extremely clean and the the little kitchen in the room is well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook your own food. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom is really clean with nice towels. There is also a laundry room if you need to wash clothes, This is the nicest Staybridge. Price is very reasonable. The management of this hotel is well done. Thank you

The hotel is relatively new, the location is good, the breakfast is acceptable, the parking lot is large and can accommodate many cars. The elevator is very abstract and there is a feeling of weightlessness. There is a track next to it, which is quite noisy.

We should have walked out when the customer ahead of us, walked back to the Check In counter and told the clerk that the room wasn't made up and ready for new occupants. It went down hill from there. We were assigned our room and as we went to it we noticed the rug in the hallway was dirty, torn and really worn out. Our room was very updated, few pictures, very minimal in design. We travel with an electric refrigerated food box and when we plugged it in, it blew a fuse. It took three different times, and three trips the poor night clerk had to make to our room, to find a place where we could plug our refrigerator in. We needed some heat in the room, so we set the thermostat to what we wanted and when it got to the temperature in the room, it continued to heat the room, and it got so warm that we had to keep turning the furnace off and on. We ended up sleeping the night with the heat off, because it was not controllable. We were not pleased with that situation at all. The breakfast was also lacking. My husband picked up a bagel and it was so hard there was no way that he could eat it. It was obviously very old. So he tried an English muffin, same result. He finally tried toast, toasted the bread and it was almost eatable. There is much more that we could write, but it really was a terrible beginning to our holiday trip. We would never stay there again, and don't recommend anyone to stay there. The rooms are newly redecorated, but that does not mean a great night.

This Comfort Suites was one of the best that we have stayed at. The receptionist was friendly, professional and helpful. The parking was a little small for a 4 story motel. You check on on the second floor actually but it is such a beautiful interior decor. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The shower was the absolute best of any Comforts we have stayed at. We had to leave early so we can't comment on the breakfast.

Pros: The front desk staff was friendly at check in. It was easy access from I25. The room as clean and beds comfortable. (The pillows were very uncomfortable) Coms: The shower head didn't work nor the light over the vanity. We arrived late and exhausted so the idea of asking someone to repair something at midnight when all you wanted was a shower and to sleep was frustrating. So we improvised with a cup for water from the shower faucet. Forget being able to wash your hair. We had to leave early the next morning to catch a flight so we used lamps from the room to see to get ready and notified the front desk of the issues when we checked out. It would have been good business to give us a discount or free stay but that was not offered. I'm sure they would have repaired the items but we did not have the time for a repair person to be working in our room. Sleep and getting to the airport were priority. It was a frustrating inconvenience. When paying a reasonable price for a hotel then there are expectations for the basics.

This was one of the more surprisingly spacious hotel rooms I have had in a while, although my reservation specifically had listed it as a ”larger room”, so I don't know how it compares to one of the standard rooms. It was a very comfortable room and bed with a large TV and a kitchenette. Local TV stations were not coming in well on the TV so I couldn't watch the portion of the Olympics that were on broadcast TV, but the cable channels came in fine. I don't know if that was an issue with this particular TV or the hotel in general, but it was only a minor issue for me during an otherwise excellent and comfortable stay.

Very Good
GGuest UserWe chose this hotel for the outdoor pool area and that did not disappoint. The room was large but dated. It’s crazy that electrical outlets are not on either side of the bed. The coffee pot, microwave and fridge could not be plugged in at the same time since they were in the same location and there were not enough outlets. We went to the coffee shop/cafe for breakfast and it was way overpriced with extremely poor service. We had to hunt the waitress down for our check and then she had no idea what to even charge us. We also tried the restaurant and while our meals were ok, the service does not match. The menu specifically states what will come with your meal but when you ask they have no idea what you are talking about. For instance, the steak is supposed to come with green beans and rolls. Neither arrived and when we asked the waitress told us she had no idea but if she could find some in the back she’d bring them out! They should not be charging those prices for the quality and service.
RRaptorRiderGrandmaDon’t let the outside fool you. It looks like it is not open but it is. This is an older Best Western. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. It is very close to the highway but very quiet, we did not hear any highway noise. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and had more pillows than needed. Our room had a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs with bell peppers and onions, sausage and French toast sticks. Overall, we were very happy with our one night stay and would stay here again.
First of all we found out there are 2 Comfort inn and Suites in Cheyenne. This review is for the one next to Warren AFB at 5401 Walker Rd, Cheyenne, WY. *Bottom line-find a different hotel until the major housekeeping logistics issues are resolved.* Corporate needs to step in and help create a manageable system for this hotel. We have never had the problems we encountered. As I read reviews later I saw that our experience mirrored some others. The Good: breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice and in good repair and generally clean. Workers were polite and seemed to be trying. It was close to the freeway and Warren AFB The Bad: poor communication. We arrived to check in at 9:45 PM after a 12 hour drive. While in line to check in we found out people had been waiting an hour or 2 for their rooms to be cleaned and ready. We had reserved that afternoon through a third party for a room listed as 3 queens and had called to confirm that we had a room. (Turns out the room would have gotten had 2 queens and a small pullout and should not have been listed as 3 queens.) ***Apparently housekeeping was still cleaning and preparing rooms at 10 PM***. We had 3 kids with us and after waiting a little over an hour we were given a room with a king and pullout slightly smaller than a full size. I think the worker was trying to get us into a room as quickly as she could. We were so tired we just made it work. Later we heard some guests with reservations saying **they were turned away because their room was never ready-this was after 11PM!** In the room there were *no sheets for the pullout, *no pillowcases on any of the pillows, and *no soap and only *one bath towel in the bathroom, so we had to ask for all those things. (There was only makeup remover wipes, 2 conditioners and a half empty lotion for toiletries.) Once we got settled it was fine, but it shouldn’t take 2 hours to check into a hotel. Had we known we would have just camped (we had our gear with us) or gone to another hotel.

GGuest Userwell the refrigerator was unexpected but very noise , windows were sealed shut, wallpaper is peeling. the chairs are ripped up, but what do you expect for 67$ a night. the bed was definitely comfortable!
GGuest UserI am very grateful for the understanding and kindness with which I was treated I was allowed to check in before 8:00 am and that very few hotels allow it all staff was very kind and the hotel very recommendable
This was the quietest place I have ever stayed in. That in itself is reason to write a review. The roms were rustic and yet comfortable and clean. I planned on staying 3 days but ended up there for 6 just because of the quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient. When there were issues in my original room with the TV reception the kind staff member upgraded me to another room which ended up being larger. I was pleasantly surprised at that service. Access to shops and eateries were close by as well as Interstate Highways. I will definitely return to this motel anytime I am in the Cheyenne Wyoming area.
