This is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The GM and management are completely useless and disrespectful. Corporate should completely get rid off the management there and hire new, more qualified friendly staff.

In general, the hotel has paid the full amount online, and the hotel still reserves $150 on the credit card, which has not been cancelled yet. Nothing like this happened in other hotels! And there is no breakfast.
