Location is great, just next to Shangri-La Hotel, easy to find. Room setting is nice. Very comfortable to have kitchen and laundry machine. Down side is a bit old, bedsheets has dirt and stinks, towels are old and have holes. I called the management they immediately come to change. Which is good.

Hope people do not just look at the Astra official pictures Those official taken ages ago Most of the facilities are outdated and heavily used, Also lack of maintenance too Before i hire there I told the owner to caution the pest control But i still kill 1-2 cockroach

My room has only 1 larger tower but the room suppose is for 2 adult to stay. I have to ask for extra tower. And also have many cockroach. I at least killed 3 as I am extremely afraid of cockroach 🙈 as when booking this room, the room rate already included the cleaning fee. I m not expect the cleanliness is that bad. Is there any claims or compensation that Trip.com can apply for me?

The residence was amazing! Room and all infrastructure are much better as at the pictures. Very beautiful pool, garden. I had a problem with washing machine and stuff solved it very fast. They were always in touch! Location is great, next to big market with very good street food. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is excellent, and it is relatively convenient to go anywhere. There is a large supermarket just a few hundred meters away on the right. It takes about 20 minutes to get there by Grab, except for remote areas. The swimming pool on the 16th floor is small but the scenery is nice for taking pictures, and pigeons often fly by. The treadmill in the gym is very new. The room is very convenient for simple living for a few days. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, balcony for drying clothes, and microwave oven. If you are used to living in a hotel, this self-service experience is also a good choice. You can cook and wash clothes by yourself. There are security guards at the door all the time. You must swipe the access card to the unit door. Take-out is not allowed upstairs, but it can be delivered to the unit door. There is a coffee bakery on the first floor, and there are several sofa seats in the lobby on the first floor.

Spacious and clean apartment, near night bazaar. Pool. Sauna. Fitness room. Very pleasant rooftop garden with a view of the city (16th floor). Very attractive price considering the services compared to hotels of equivalent standard.

The equipment was dilapidated and lacked maintenance, and the flowers were stained with poor hygiene. We were afraid to sit down. The hangers for cold clothes are in tatters due to aging caused by long-term exposure to the sun.
