The lady boss is very nice, which makes up for the hotel's shortcomings

It's not a hotel style, it's a B&B style. It's very comfortable to stay. The proprietress Pran is very nice and enthusiastic. She gave her daughter a lot of small gifts. The location is northwest of the ancient city of Integration, a little far away from Tha Pae Gate.

Be sure to book a suite, the room will be much larger

My friend went to Thailand and recommended Chiang Mai to him! He said that this hotel is the best toothbrush hotel in Thailand, haha. The overall stay is more comfortable. Chiang Mai style

The hotel is decorated in a special style, but there are no large windows in the room, which makes it feel a bit oppressive. The hot water supply in the shower is not ideal and is almost freezing. The price includes breakfast, but does not include drinks. Ordinary hot tea, coffee, etc. have to be paid for, which is not ideal.

The first stop of my honeymoon trip was Chiang Mai and this small private hotel~ It was recommended by a comment on Xiaohongshu. It is not a luxurious or fancy hotel, but it is beautiful and warm enough. The family of three opened it by themselves, and catering is also provided downstairs. Both the room and the food are exquisite and lovely. The family of three are very warm and friendly. The proprietress thoughtfully prepared us a small homemade drink and a large bouquet of flowers (for my honeymoon, very pleasant surprise!), and my son enthusiastically asked us where to go The place, Dad drove to the plane! oh! There is also the cute puppy Pongka~ I am very grateful for everything. This hotel gave me a very good first impression of Chiang Mai. Of course, Chiang Mai is really fun! I was so sad when I left Chiang Mai! The next time I come to Chiang Mai, I will definitely visit the boss’s family~

多年後一個人遊清邁，這家民宿讓我體驗到了家的感覺，老闆娘像母親一樣，吃住行都陪我一起規劃，真的安心無憂！清邁的酒店服務都很好，但是這裏多了一種家的感覺！認真推薦，下次還會去見老闆娘！

Fabulous place to stay in Chiang Mai. Very welcoming, breakfasts were wonderful, and services were great. We will stay again.

Beautiful and charming small hotel run by a friendly and helpful family. Included airport pick up. Rooms and cafe are decorated with local textiles. Coffee and croissants are delicious!! Owners gave lots of info about local transport and even accompanied me to a sporting event. Quiet street but east access to sites of interest.

INCREDIBLE..... We stayed for a number of weeks just next door.. Pea is super passionate about the best experience.. she is an awesome cook... and everything she does puts 100% effort. They gave a real talent for design and architecture in the boutique hotel and the cafe... they are currently working hard to get a bakery next door renovated.. We have got to know Pea, her husband and Jeff thier son and they are really special people who take pride in what they do If your either staying at the hotel or wanting to eat thier you will get a great meal with amazing people....
