A lovely quiet hotel , staff are kind, friendly and very helpful, enjoyed our stay! Would have liked to have sat in garden area, only a small bench, tho plenty of seats in reception area!

It's the one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Comfortable and clean bedrooms, and a beautiful garden and cafe-dining room. Kind and friendly staffs are always ready to help you. Strongly recommended.

It was a very pleasant visit. I arrived early and they were quick to clean a room as soon as it became available so I could have. Room is comfortable with wooden floors. Very comfy bed. It is within walking distance to good coffee shops and eateries. Has a nice small, hidden grassy courtyard to view from room.

I was busy making tour reservations, so I just slept at the hotel. It's very quiet and the facilities are clean. However, other than the fact that the shower water came out a little less, I was satisfied with everything! I didn’t request breakfast, so I don’t know what it tastes like!

The room is very small and there are mosquitoes! The service attitude was particularly poor. The sewer smell in the hotel was very bad. It was so smelly that I couldn't sleep. There was no toothbrush provided. I had 2 bottles of water a day. I had to buy it myself from the vending machine in the hotel. It is far away from Tha Pae Gate and there are less interesting things in the west of the city. It is recommended to stay near Tha Pae Gate.

The location was okay at first, but when I arrived, I realized that there was a funeral parlor opposite. The room was too small. Sorry for the price, I don't recommend it.

I don’t have any regrets after staying at this hotel. It’s very comfortable.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Sunday night market which is huge. very comfortable room, clean. Nice little bistro attached. Owner is super friendly and helpful, we visited in the off season so no problem checking in early. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely looking hotel with a small, shady garden area. We had a ground floor room. The bed was enormous and comfortable. There was air conditioning and a fridge. The hotel provided welcome snacks and bottled water every day. Coffee and tea was available free from flasks in reception. In the room there was space to put suitcases, and a couple of coat hangers, but no shelves, drawers or wardrobes for clothes. There was also a hairdryer and a hand held steamer for clothes. The en-suite bathroom was nice but did get smelly. It was best to keep the window open or the extractor fan on when in the room. There was a large wasp-like creature painted on the wall, which didn’t enhance the room for me. The cafe attached to the hotel served a variety of breakfasts with the nicest coffee I had in Thailand. The location was great - within easy walk of bars and restaurants and the Sunday evening market.
