Property is above expectations. Villa is even more beautiful in life than you see in photos. Atmosphere is relaxing and you don't wanna leave property. Hot tub and waterfall is amazing. Managers is very helpful. Amenities inside the villa is top level: Evian water, San Pelegrino, etc. We are so happy that we found this property😊

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

The housekeeper was very accommodating. When we left for Paris, all the potato chips were wrapped in plastic wrap. Before we had our afternoon tea, he helped us put the ice trays in the refrigerator. When we came back, we put the ice trays in the refrigerator. The breakfast condiments and dishes were placed in the lobby before we got up. Breakfast was delivered on time and they helped with requests. The check out call came very quickly. The room seemed to have been upgraded and turned into three. room, thanks! 

Staying in Lalin was a very satisfying choice! The facilities and hygiene in the villa were first-class. Breakfast was ordered on demand the next day and delivered on time the next day. Not only was the presentation beautiful, but the taste was also good! In particular, the courtyard environment design was superb, and it was very photogenic! In addition, the service was timely and thoughtful, available on call, and cleaned up in time after the meal, so that we always had a clean and comfortable holiday experience. The TV in the living room is fully functional, allowing us to design text and images for souvenirs, which adds a full sense of ritual to the meal! We lived in Building 2, and the only regret was that the water temperature of the shower upstairs was unstable! Perfect experience, worth recommending!

Because I saw this villa online and loved it so much, I decided to go to Chiang Mai for the May Day holiday. When I arrived at the hotel and saw our villa, I was not disappointed. The pool, restaurant and room were all comfortable and satisfactory. The staff was also very warm and polite. The refrigerator was always full every day and I couldn't finish it. Breakfast is probably the only thing that I think needs improvement. The menu is the same for four days, and it feels too monotonous in the next two days, but the taste is still very good. Before I went, I wanted to see an introduction to the surrounding environment but couldn't find it. I will say a few more words. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes away from the ancient city and Maya by car. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The ORB at the door of the hotel is also a treasure, but there is no 7-11 and Masha** at the door. We rented a car, so it feels convenient to travel. If you want to stay at home, you don't have to look for food in the hotel.

Highly recommended, very comfortable experience, very close to Thapae Gate. It is also a very comfortable choice for families or friends to travel together and soak in the hotel. The restaurant is also good. There is room for improvement in breakfast

I couldn't be more satisfied with this choice! Whether it is the location or the comfort and privacy, it is perfect. I never thought that in addition to the swimming pool and hot spring, there would be a waterfall in the villa. The room design and layout are reasonable and comfortable, and the service is meticulous and impeccable. The free airport pick-up service is also very considerate.

The service is attentive. I come to the Villa at different times every day to clean it and provide refreshments. The hotel staff has excellent service, polite smiles, polite environment, comfortable and very considerate. I am very satisfied with the whole process of picking up and dropping off from the airport. The environment is very good and the service is in place The only breakfast is relatively simple. It is a fixed set meal. If you stay for many days in a row, you will not be able to eat well. After staying for four days, the child had diarrhea, so we prepared white porridge for two days in a row, which was very considerate👍

This is the best hotel in Chiang Mai that I have ever stayed in in terms of service and environment! The in-room drinks and snacks provided by the hotel every day are so high-end! Excellent value for money. My family is satisfied and will stay again.
