I love love love this hotel. Super clean, bed super comfy, staff super friendly and helpful. Have free mini bar and snacks. Breakfast is good, location is also nice. I love everything in this hotel. Will be my to go hotel in Chiang mai. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.

Excellent little hotel. Wonderful service. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly .. always ready with a smile. Welcome drinks on arrival were a wonderful gesture and check-in was the least stressful I have ever experienced anywhere. Had a pool access room which was fantastic; just wish there was more time to enjoy the facilities. Breakfast was excellent especially the fresh coconut juice straight from the coconut. Would definitely come back and stay longer.

We stayed five nights from 10-15 December 2023. Duen was one of the counter staff. She was very helpful and prompt in answering our enquiries and requests for services. She taught me how to use the "grab app" to hire a car and then talked to the driver through the app to ensure no misunderstanding in the meet-up location. When we had been waiting for quite a while in the lobby for the an external tour service company, she took the initiative to communicate with the company to make sure that the pick-up car was on the way. Had there not been a missing of room cleaning-up, the service should have scored the maximum.

The room was large and clean, and the location was very convenient. You can walk to Nimman One. The layout of the hotel is quite complicated. I accidentally swiped or turned the door handle two or three times. I was a little scared when I stayed alone at night. The water bar also gave some snacks for free, and there were surprise gifts every night. The breakfast Benedict eggs were OK, but the rest of the dishes were average.

Accommodation in Nimman area, very good service, comfortable, delicious breakfast, very impressive.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It costs 100-200 Thai dollars to get a taxi in and out. The sanitation is good. The only drawback is the swimming pool outside the room/your own pool. It's not open at night, and the room is not as big as expected! Ordered takeout in the early hours of the night and there was no seafood nearby!  The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is very good, priced at HKD 700 per person. There are many massage parlors near the hotel, which cost 300 Thai dollars per hour.

This was a truly wonderful hotel, from welcoming us to seeing us off. It was the rainy season, but they handled the rain perfectly. Breakfast was made to order and everything was of high quality. The view from the room had a tropical feel and was the best. I highly recommend this hotel.

Almost a perfect hotel. There are many coffee shops near the hotel Breakfast is delicious and you can order whatever you want Staff service attitude is very good Will stay again 

The hotel service is super good. The price is already very expensive in Chiang Mai, but the location is not too busy. The bedding is comfortable, but it is close to the airport and planes fly directly overhead. The water heater is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, which is not user-friendly. The set meal in the morning looks good but the taste is average.

Everything is delicate and the interior design is excellent👍 It's a clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommended👌
