The concierge service is great. Not was very helpful with my bags and was always friendly. Everything about the hotel is great. Only one problem in the room would be the toilet which was not working properly on the first day, but overall, they fixed it immediately. The food is amazing. The Chefs at this hotel are incredible. I-tim is such a lovely man with the sweetest personality, he taught me some words in Thai and spoke to me about every meal. The mango sticky rice was the best I've had in Thailand so far.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary, stayed in the King Suites for 2 nights. Room is huge and comfortable, bedding, sofa and the big bathtub are perfect for our stay. The food selection for breakfast on G/F and in the Lounge are more than enough for us. We did not have a chance to feel hungry or thirsty in our stay. I would like to thanks Front desk manager Ice who is very helpful and tried her best to accommodate my request to check in a bit earlier and look for two suites close to each other. All the rest of staff are very helpful and smileys, you feel they are welcome you always, very well trained even at the busiest time during breakfast, they keep their professional. Well done to all and we are planning to come again in ‘winter’.

Newly renovated (the Meridian) pristine 5 star in the heart of action. Surrounded by restaurants, massage palours, muay thai stadiums and the night market. 15 min walk from the East gate n Old City. The room is very clean n user friendly. Service is impeccable. Breakfast is sumptious n serves all tastes. The horizon swimming pool has a panorama of surrounding houses n the gym is well appointed. She truly merits the price n patronage.

Very clean room and bathroom too. Nice fluffy bed and pillows. Nice furnishings. Had a free upgrade to premium room high floor so happy. Very good location to food, night market, spa/massage, convenience stores what more can i ask. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

An amazing experience. Everything was so comfortable and relaxing. We booked the club floor and were so impressed with the food options.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Out of the lobby you can walk to the Night Bazaar immediately. About 7 minutes walk to the Food Market where there's live music performances. Monday to Friday are the best nights while Sunday most of the restaurants are closed. About 30 minutes walk from the right side of the lobby you can reach the Old Ciity Wall. It is romantic with the night lighting. There's quite a selection of western, Thai and Chinese food from the hotel breakfast buffet.

Best place to stay on the last day of the year to catch the amazing fireworks at midnight on New Year’s Day! Breakfast buffet selection was good and there is a fun playroom for kids.
