I enjoyed the two nights here. The room is quiet (compared to the ones in Bangkok) and the mattress gives us a sound sleep. The pool is clean and good. There are few guests using it in October. The pool access room is worthwhile in the sense that the pool is available 24 hours. The toothbrush is far better than the ones provided by the hotel in Bangkok. The hotel is not far from the largest night market here. We usually went there for shopping, food and snacks. As for the last day, we bought some food from the convenience store and eat at the front of the hotel, Alex Fern provides us with water and tissues.

The vegan buffet breakfast is nice, location is good and staffs are friendly. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, i recommend you to stay here!

We booked this hotel since we wanted to ensure we had vegetarian food. As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, scenic. The vegan food menu has great variety. They also had a short vegan cooking show. The Thai massage was very relaxing. The staff was very courteous & spent time giving us tourism advise, booked cab. They also neatly packed breakfast for us since we had a pre-dawn check out. It was very thoughtful. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room is clean and the pool is also great too. The staff we met are all very friendly and helpful - they greet us and help us to hail the taxi or help us to contact some tour guides. I would recommend the hotel to the other guests who are coming to Thailand Chiang Mai as this is good quality with good value.

I stayed with my brother 2 nights. The room was clean and had all bath amenities, as well as laundry. Pool seemed bigger in the photos but okay. It took us a while until we realise that the pool was for everyone, as it is infront of some rooms. They offer a dessert buffet complimentary but unfortunately we were out most of the time and didn’t try it. Overall, totally recommend. Location is also ideal as it is close to everything, souvenir shops, travel offices, massage, cafes and restaurants. Price i suggest to book online as directly it was a bit more expensive.

A beautiful place to look at and stay at. Great location on a quiet soi (street) a block from the Tha Pae gate. A kind and wonderful staff and the vegan breakfast was always good, even though I'm not vegan. I highly recomment this place. Nice rooms, big balconies, lovely pool.
