Great location which near to Maya Shopping Centre and One Nimman area (walking distance less than 5 minutes). Staffs are friendly and helpful. Digital door lock which very convenient if you are travel in a group and when someone want to rest at hotel and others want to shopping. Just only one may need to consider is the bathroom but small and after take bath the water will flow out from the bath area.

The hotel was decent overall. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished, but the ambiance felt a bit dated. The staff was friendly, but the service was average and lacked the extra touch. However, the location was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. If you’re looking for convenience, this hotel’s location can’t be beat.

Cannot watch TV, and a little bit voice outside, but location very good

Their response was swift and very friendly, and the location was best and most comfortable. I will stay again when I come back to Chiang Mai.

The room is cute and very close to Maya. The only downside is that there is no wardrobe or clothes hangers. There are not many of them.

The hotel is new and clean. The room for 4 people is large, with multiple tables and good WiFi. The bed is relatively hard and has only one pillow. Thank you to the hotel for allowing us to check in early and avoid the trouble of storing our luggage. There are just no toiletries and the water pressure in the bath is unstable. Could this be a common problem in Chiang Mai? It's like this even in two houses. There is no front desk or elevator here, you can use WeChat or line to contact us. You have to carry your luggage on your own. The highest third floor is fine. Planes flew overhead at night, and the sound was so loud that I couldn't hear it until I fell asleep.

Overall, it's good. The equipment is complete. The hotel is near the main tourist attractions. It's very close to the superhighway. You can walk to MAYA shopping mall. The hotel's internet signal is not very stable. It often drops out.
