Stay with Nimman Chiang Mai Reviews

Room is not very clean, even after the housekeeping cleaned our room, the hair still left at the shower area. My leg has a few bumps after the hotel stay. The shower area is ridiculous, the water will splash everywhere regardless how I tried avoiding it. Shower suddenly extreme cold / extreme hot / extreme strong. However, customer service is really good, bellboy is also helpful and friendly. Location wise is good

Location was fab - right by the White Market and Maya shopping. The rooftop pool was lovely although only one was open due to renovations. Staff were pleasant. The mattress, however, was quite hard and combined with the single-glazed windows made a poor nights sleep. The bathroom could do with some de-moulding.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to all the key attractions and convenience stores. The facilities were impressive, and the rooftop pool with its breathtaking views was a highlight. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Nimman, Chiang Mai. Highly recommend this hotel!

They upgraded my room because of my birthday. Rooftop swimming pool is amazing! All of the staff are very nice.

Hotel is big and clean with reasonable price, located near the main road of Nimman area. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. If you don’t want to go somewhere far by car, you can walk to Nimman main road, everything you need is there. It’s convenient to stay at this hotel.

Great experience. Great staff. Breakfast changed daily. The staff was friendly. They helped me book and returned a motorbike. Best part was, I forgot the shuttle drivers name, but he made the transfer to the airport effortless and efficient! Thanks agian! Oh btw the pool was nice.

Special thanks to Ben, the manager of this hotel. I had a bad experience while checking-in however, Ben made my trip so much more beautiful. It could depend on staff service but location, facilities & amenities here are great. I’m highly recommend.

This hotel is located in good location. There are many local restaurants nere hotel. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

Excellent services. Allowed 1 hr early checkin and provide bellhop services. The room is neat and clean but lightning needs improvement at nighttime. The sun shines throughout in the afternoon to provide natural light. AC is excellent. The luggage storage is in a safe room which I appreciate. Unlike most hotels that luggage storage in in open lovey where theft can easily occur. The room price is more expensive than most of its peer. I never try the breakfast because of the bad reviews.

The staff in all sections are extremely professional, especially front desk team and room service team. Room was nice and I would like to suggesting, please consider to put arms chairs or small sofa at the big window. Bed is comfortable good quality of materials, bathroom is very good with shower and big bathtub good quality of products. Additionally room is clean and tidy. Price with the service qualities is perfect valuable.

Very strategically located. Walking distance to many places. Next door has a local craft beer shop.

Pros - Convenient location, take only 5 minutes to One Ninman. - Room tidy but a little bit small. - a bit far from old city and pickup service from local tour may not cover Ninman area, but staff helpful and help book tour to national park snd cooking class Cons - need to be careful when taking shower because there is only a narrow glass separator and water easily spilled out and make floor wet. Others: - We did not book breakfast Overall great stay with the budget.
