The overall stay was very pleasant with clean room and excellent front desk services. However it would be great if the bathroom hot shower could be hotter.

A very safe, new, clean and minimalist type of hotel which I love. As a solo traveller, this place makes it accessible to all places I wanted to visit in the old city. A lot of nearby cafes and massage places as well. Service from the staff was also good and if I’ll be in Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel has a great location, near many beautiful pagodas and temples in the old town. Nearby there are also restaurants, bars, and convenience stores and pharmacies. The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are very new and very clean.

The hotel location was good so it was easy to travel around. However, because the bar was so close, it was noisy until dawn on days when there was a soccer game.

This is a second room I booked for my friend and her mom. They enjoyed the stay. It's a clean and convenient hotel. The staffs were friendly and nice. There are water and coffee provided at the lobby.

Big room with big bed. Walking distance to most attractions inside old city. The hotel provided free drinks and snacks by the lift. The receptionist are friendly too! The hotel value for money.

The location of the hotel is close to many vegetarian restaurants and temples. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

The hotel was clean, people were friendly and a great location. My only complaint would have been the beds. I think they were just box springs not a mattress. Not really sure but they were not good for my back or my daughters. If you like a stiff bed then this is the place for you.

Im happy with the stay although there were some inconveniences - for example, safe was unusable(didn’t take new PIN number to lock). Only power sockets i found were by the bed. Friendly staff though. I would stay again.

The hotel is in a pretty good location. You can walk to the Three Kings monument in about 5 minutes and Tha Pae gate in about 10. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We hired a car and there was ample parking about 200 metres walk from the hotel, the car park gate does get lock after dusk but you can call the reception and they will send someone down to unlock it for you. The bed was basically two single pushed together, so it was large and it was definitely on the firmer side, which i didn't mind. The room isn't the biggest room we've stayed in, but it wasn't too cramped either. But it could definitely do with having more plug sockets. We booked the superior king room, but it seemed like it was just twin room with the two single beds pushed together, so maybe there were some plugs where the bedside table would've been, but we couldn't access it. But given the location and the time of the year, it was definitely a good value for money. It allowed us to just walk about and explore the old city whenever we wanted and it was easy to get out of the city when we felt like it.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. The bed was very firm but passable. The guest service personnel were very courteous and helpful. All in all would definitely stay again.

room is clean, staff very nice and location is good. Worth for money. Have a good moments in chiangmai !

Good hotel great location the only problem is their mattresses are very hard
