Other than being slightly remote in terms of location, everything else is quite satisfactory. The hotel offers great photo opportunities.

The guests are treated badly in manners. We feel distressed by the manager and her assistance. It would be better if the manager have a professional mindset.

The hotel is a little bit old. The room I live in has a door directly access to the swimming pool. The environment is good. Except for dead insert bodies that were found on the bed, the cleaning job is doing good. The staff is nice and helpful.

We could not use free Wifi on first day. We disappointed only thos point. Other services were wonderful!

Pool water a little bit cold but beautiful. It’d be nice if the bar can provide more interesting drinks .

The location of this hotel is OK, but not in the main road. You need to go inside the narrow street. And it will be dark (liltle light from lamp) at night. It's not really convenience if you a "walker". The pool is not big, but nice place to chill in the morning or late afternoon. The size of room is decent, but I like the amenities (complete for me).
It's walking distance to a lot of Wat and Street Food Market btw!

We loved the location. We would recommend the hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception. Lovely breakfast spot.. the swimming pool really nice. Very short walk from thapae gate and night market.

Hotel has 2 swimming pools. The room is quite comfort but not that big.
