Room is very clean, housekeeping is very thorough and detailed. Gym is well equipped. Pool is very cold especially in December so did not use. Buffet breakfast is nice, however it'll be good if there have Thai sour soup or tom yam soup some days. We stayed 6 nights but no Thai soup，so kind of disappointed

位置非常不錯、隔壁就是MAYA商場，樓下也有很多當地飯攤，就是離機場近，有點吵，帶娃入住又加收了500株一晚上，有點小貴，住12晚，光這個費用就不小

酒店服務人員基本都不會中文，和攜程頁面介紹都酒店中文服務不符，和酒店的各種溝通都被拒絕，體驗感不太好，以後不會考慮這家酒店了。游泳池很小且永遠曬不到太陽，基本沒用。

Excellent care from this hotel, from check in to check out is smooth, bed is comfortable hotel room is spacious and the best is very near to maya shopping mall.

It took me a while to decide to stay in Nimman or Old Town. At last I chose Nimman and decided on Hotel Mayu. As compared to the other hotels, what I liked about Mayu is the friendliness of the staff, the strategic location, the huge parking lot (easy for Grab pick up and drop off), the room size.
But I'd love to have more bottled water in the room. We only got two bottles of water per day, though we asked for extra bottles at NO additional charge.
I'd love to come back to this hotel next time.

Was in Chiang Mai for work. Stayed on 4th floor in Hotel MAYU for 6 nights. Few minutes walk to Maya Lifestyle Mall, have everything there, pharmacy, clothing stores, many eateries, food court (at B1 and Level 4) & supermarket. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping ladies were very helpful and hardworking too. Made my stay here very comfortable. Thank you!
