Really enjoy pur stay! The staffs were nice. The location is convenient. The art scene at the hotel is so much fun. Grandma enjoyed it. The bed is so soft. What I like the most is the hot water temperature is good.

Best designed and art hotel in Chiangmai.!!!! staff is very friendly and warm welcomed. Very clean, bed and pillow is comfortable. Located in quiet area. Not too far if you have a car. Definitely go back for next CNX trip.

Personally, I like it. Decorated with good art. It's fun to look at the decorations in each corner. Good service staff, smiling. If I have a chance, I will go again.

Cool like an art gallery. But a lot of things are dusty. The pool is very cold. But it’s so nice to go out onto the lawn by the river. The exit was directly from our room. Good shower and pressure.

This is the first hotel in this half-month trip to Thailand. The experience is very good and there is almost no dissatisfaction. 1. The boss is very enthusiastic and proactive. The first night we stayed in a room facing the street. Motorcycles passed by at night, which was a bit noisy. When I met the boss the next day (it was very late when we checked in, and the boss directly put the room card at the front desk, and we checked in by ourselves), before I asked for a room change, the boss took the initiative to say that he would change us to a room facing the river, which was quieter; when eating breakfast, my husband was not eating enough, so I communicated with the boss, and the boss made another one for him. In the future, he made an extra one for my husband every day, which made us embarrassed; you can also exchange currency. During this trip to Chiang Mai, only the boss's exchange rate was the best, and the others were all 4.7. I exchanged it twice with the boss, once at 4.825 and once at 4.8. 2. The hotel is clean and tidy, very artistic, any background is suitable for taking pictures, but my husband's photography skills are hard to describe, forget it, you guys take more pictures when you come 3. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor, similar to a small infinity pool, children must like it, but Chiang Mai is a bit cold in the morning and evening in February, so I didn't dare to let the children go in the water, but I saw with my own eyes that the water is still changed every day. 4. The hotel is close to JJ market. I don't know what time it starts in the morning and ends at 3 pm. You can go shopping 5. There are many more feelings, I can't finish writing them. Art hotel lives up to its name. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs in every room. The air conditioner is a little small, making it cool slowly. There is little parking.

The room is very good, the bed is soft, the room is spacious, clean, dogs can stay. There's no bad smell at all.
