Affordable price and good services, close to fresh market and other main areas to visit. However they don’t have elevator so difficult when caries the luggage or if senior people join the trip.

it is very good location for staying. 10 minutes to airport and with walking 5 minutes to night market bazzar. car parking is just outside hotel. i will use this hotel again.

Situated in good location - closed to both Saturday and Sunday market. Spacious room. The only issue is the unpleasant smell from the sink/sewerage in one of the rooms. I guess this is a not an uncommon problem in the old town. We feedback this to the owner and he sorted it out quickly - change to another room. Front staff is helpful. Good value for the price though.

The Key Hotel in Old City Chiang Mai pleasantly surprised us with its affordability, considering the spaciousness of the apartment. A budget-friendly option without compromising on comfort, making it an even more attractive choice for families.

Nice area to explore in the old town, fairly quiet but plenty of shops and cafes around, and 5 minutes walk to the main road. No lift which may challenge some and you should know before you go. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location within Old City. Received a free upgrade to family room because the room I booked for just myself was not available. Staff was really friendly.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a 7-11 just 1 minute away. There are several brunch cafes across the street and in the alley. It is very convenient to call a taxi or walk to Valoro or Niman. It takes about 10 minutes to walk north to Cheidi. There is a night market and a good massage parlor 5 minutes south of Long Si. There are several bars in the alley open until night, so it is still safe to walk home alone at night. The room is bright and clean. I chose this room because I am afraid of too many wooden sculptures of human figures and gods. However, this room does not have too many decorations and has windows to the outside. It is not gloomy. It comes with simple supplies, but if you use a large amount of toilet paper, you can bring more by yourself. Toilet paper, and if you care about using shower and shampoo, you can bring your own. Overall, I am satisfied with the price.

I can only say that this is the worst hotel I have ever booked. To be honest, I booked a family room at that time. The price was not cheap. The environment was really bad. There were too many mosquitoes in the room. The sanitary conditions were not good. The bed was even more amazing. There was a wooden board underneath. The wooden board extended a lot. If you were not careful, you would hit your feet. Hey, there was no paper towel in the room. There was only a roll of paper in the toilet. The curtains were also very small. When I pulled the left side, the right side leaked out. There were also geckos outside the room. Anyway, it was a very bad experience. It is recommended to choose carefully.

The hotel is located in the south of the ancient city, which is convenient for going everywhere. It is quiet at night and there are few mosquitoes in the room. The staff are very nice and speak Chinese. There is a Chinese guy there. I forgot my key and had to deal with it all night. It would be troublesome if it was in other hotels. It is a nice place.
