The room is clean and cleaned every day by the aunt. The location is great. Ningman No. 1 is within walking distance and there are many restaurants nearby. The front desk is friendly and welcoming. If I go to Chiang Mai again, I would like to stay here.

This is the first place we stayed at when we arrived from the airport and we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. Also the staff are very welcoming and are willing to help you with all your needs. Will definitely come back!
