Very good, good in all aspects, good service, clean rooms, and ok facilities.

Pros: Very neat and clean. It is located in the center of the ancient city. There is a pharmacy and 7-11 just a few steps away. There are also many restaurants next to it. However, because the hotel faces the rear, it is not noisy at all and it is quiet when sleeping. The staff are friendly and polite. Refreshments were also given when checking in. Disadvantages: It would be nice if the room was a little bigger. The lighting is a bit less and a bit dark. There was also a mosquito seen on the first day, but these were acceptable. The point I want to mention most is that one day I ate too much and felt sick to my stomach. I went to buy medicine and found that the pharmacy was closed. I called the front store and asked the front store. He said that I could take my mother to 7-11 to buy medicine (he helped translate) because I My mother didn’t speak English, Thai, or Chinese, but he helped her successfully buy the medicine. And she was very considerate and asked my mother to take photos of how to take the medicine. Thank you very much for their help🙏🏻

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They greet us with a smile every time we go out. They also gave us a small gift when we checked out today, which was very nice.

I have used this hotel many times. Regarding cleaning, there was one day when the shower drain was not cleaned and hair was still in it. The shower temperature is unstable and sometimes there is no hot water. WiFi is good. I am glad that the reception staff remember my face.

The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious and not expensive. The boss is very enthusiastic and the hotel staff are also very helpful.
